Skills and Qualifications
Rapid and accurate typing speed
Valuable grasp of spelling and grammar
Checking the accuracy of all documents and information.
Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data
Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Expert in MS Office (Word, Advance Excel)
Knowledge of letter formatting
Valuable communication skills.
