Role & responsibilities
Monitor and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain production and quality records, reports, and documentation.
Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
Assist in minimizing production losses and improving operational efficiency.
Support inventory monitoring of raw materials and finished goods.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
