Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee inventory levels of spare parts to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
3. Analyze and forecast spare parts demand based on historical data and market trends.
4. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to spare parts.
5. Lead and mentor a team of spare parts staff, including training and performance management.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on spare parts inventory, procurement, and distribution.
7. Utilize software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
Technical / Desired Skills:
Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
Positive Knowledge of Excel.
