Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect to drive architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise applications. The role involves working across legacy ASP.NET systems and modern .NET Core platforms, leading modernization initiatives, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end architecture and delivery for enterprise applications
Lead modernization initiatives (legacy ASP.NET to microservices / APIs / MFE)
Drive architecture, design, and code reviews
Define and implement event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ / messaging)
Ensure performance optimization and scalability across systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams
Establish engineering standards, patterns, and governance
Leverage AI accelerators / development productivity tools for modernization
Mentor teams and ensure quality delivery across programs

Mandatory Skills
Robust expertise in:
.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Legacy system modernization (ASP.NET)
Experience with:




Microservices Micro Frontends (MFE)
RabbitMQ / Messaging / Event-driven architecture
Strong experience in:
Architecture governance design patterns
Performance tuning scalability improvements
Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models

Good to Have
US Healthcare domain experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations
Exposure to AI-driven development accelerators

Education
Preferred: Tier-1 institutes (IIT / equivalent / global universities)
