Required Skills & Experience
Essential
7–10 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or Finance process leadership.
Robust functional expertise in:
ERP Procurement & Finance modules
Procurement & Sourcing platforms
Travel & Expense Management systems
Invoice Management solutions
Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, financial controls, and compliance.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise ERP environments.
Robust stakeholder management, governance, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Experience leading S2P transformation or ERP implementation projects.
Exposure to highly regulated enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Central Finance concepts and S2P integration.
Experience working in Agile or Protected delivery models.
Relevant ERP, Procurement, or Supply Chain certifications.
