Inspired by the beautiful rhythms of nature, our playnest (preschool) is a premium early childhood space where young minds bloom.

As we grow our nest in Gurugram, We are looking for a foundational team member who shares our love for children, community and mindful spaces to be the first warm face families meet.

Role & responsibilities This is a beautiful role for someone who loves people and finds joy in organisation. You will split your energy between creating a comforting front- desk atmosphere and guiding prospective parents through their very first steps in our community .

Key Responsibilities :
Warm Welcomes :Greet every parent, child and visitor with genuine warmth.
Heart of communication : Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries and emails with a helpful, polite and reassuring tone.
Nurturing the setting : Ensure the reception and lobby area always feel tidy, organised and inviting.

The guide for Families ( Admissions Support)
Sharing Our story : Enthusiastically introducing inquiring parents to our unique philosophy, curriculum style and space details.
Nest Tours :



Schedule and host campus walkthroughs of our campus for prospective families .
Enrollment care : Guide parents through filling out admission forms, collect necessary documentation, and maintain neat, accurate student records.
Gentle follow-ups : Stay in touch with interested families to assist them smoothly through the enrolment process.

Preferred candidate profile
A warm presence : You naturally radiate positive, calm and feel deeply comfortable interacting with young children and parents .
Organised mind : you love keeping things structured, from physical paperwork to simple digital spreadsheets .
Explicit communicator: You speak clearly and write polite, warm messages in both English and Hindi .
Tech Comfortable : Basic familiarity with google workspace ( Docs/ Sheets), MS office , and WhatsApp Business.
Background:Prior experience in front desk operations, in hospitality, customer relations, or a preschool setting is a lovely bonus , but a willing , empathetic attitude matters most to us.
