Role & responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences, occasions, and budget.
Demonstrate robust product knowledge and effectively explain features, design, and pricing.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Maintain counter displays and visual merchandising standards as per guidelines.
Handle billing, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support in-store operations, including stock handling, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in jewellery retail (mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
