Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend & backend)
Review code, enforce coding standards, and best practices
Drive technical design discussions and architecture decisions
Provide solutions for complex technical challenges

Application Development
Design and develop scalable web applications using:
.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
Angular / React / JavaScript frameworks
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
Work on database design and optimization (SQL Server / NoSQL)

Architecture & Design
Define solution architecture and system design
Implement microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security

Cloud & DevOps
Work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes (nice to have)

Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Quality & Security
Implement secure coding practices




Ensure application quality through unit testing and automation
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting

Required Skills

Backend
Solid expertise in:
C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of REST, SOAP services

Frontend
Robust hands-on experience with:
Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap

Database
SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning)
Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) added advantage

Tools & Technologies
Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
Entity Framework / Dapper
API security (OAuth, JWT)

Experience Requirements
9 13 years of overall software development experience
Minimum 2 4 years in a lead role
Proven experience in large-scale enterprise applications

Experience in Agile methodology
