Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment and hiring, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting audit-related activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining and providing required HR documentation.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers as required.




Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree with relevant HR experience.
Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a rapid-paced setting.
Must be proficient in Hindi (spoken).
Energetic, proactive, and capable of conducting employee events and engagement programs.
Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
