Job Summary

The Demand Generation Manager Agronomist will be responsible for promoting water soluble fertilisers, generating product demand, conducting field demonstrations, and providing technical agronomic guidance to farmers and dealers within the assigned territory. The role requires robust technical expertise in crop nutrition and fertigation practices.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate demand for water soluble fertilizers in assigned territory
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and product trials
Provide agronomic guidance and crop nutrition recommendations




Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers and distributor s
Support sales team with technical knowledge and field-level activities
Monitor crop performance and provide technical solutions to farmers
Achieve sales and demand generation targets for the region

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: M.Sc. (Agriculture) Mandatory
Prior experience in promoting water soluble fertilizers
Solid technical knowledge in crop nutrition and fertigation
Good communication and farmer engagement skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
