Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire customers for Business Loans, LAP, and SME/MSME loans.
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and channel partners.
Understand customer funding needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.
