Role & responsibilities

1 Caregiver Sourcing & Onboarding:
Actively source, qualify, and onboard various pet care specialists onto our platform like - Pet boarding homeowners, pet sitters, day carers, dog walkers and

trainers, pet groomers, pet taxi owners, pet hotels, veterinarians and clinic staff.
Conduct in-person visits to homes, clinics, and businesses to complete necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure service quality standards

are met.
Ensure every caregiver clears Uluvs Non-Negotiables Checklist with 100% accuracy.

2 Field Operations & Campaign Execution:
Execute on-ground adoption campaigns in residential societies, colleges, and pet-friendly communities.
Drive high-volume caregiver sign-ups through structured outreach and relationship building.




Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to Uluvs service standards.

3 Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sign-ups, verifications and onboarding progress.
Share regular updates including photos/videos/documents where applicable
Report any concerns, injuries or behaviour changes immediately
