Role & responsibilities
Graduate or Postgraduate with proficiency in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing via job portals and social media
Manage full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, candidate shortlisting, interview preparation, and client coordination
End to end recruitment for IT and Non- IT recruitment
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team workplace, and client company background.
Coordination with the candidates and clients.
knowledge in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs,



Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Communicating employer information and advantages during the screening process completing timely reports on employment
Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Skilled networking sites Social Media, and Employee references

Using different portals to source and screen candidates.
