10+ years of overall IT experience
4 6+ years of hands-on Pega development
2+ years in a Lead Architect or LSA role
Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory)
Robust hands-on experience with Pega Platform (v7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
Expertise in
Case Management BPM
Decisioning (optional but preferred)
Data modeling and data pages
UI (Sections, Views, Theming)
Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database)
Security Access Control
Robust understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization
Experience leading onshore/offshore teams




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Process Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work with others in a team workplace.
Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
