We are seeking a energetic and talented Recruiter to join our team at RARR Technologies Pvt Ltd in Faridabad. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
IT Graduate (BCA/BSc/MSc/MCA/BTech) / MBA HR preferred
Extensive experience in using Boolean Search techniques
Proficiency in working with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Sound knowledge of leveraging Social Media Platforms for Hiring purposes
Experience Range: 1 - 3 years
Immediate to Max 30 days joining period

This is a Work From Office (WFO) prospect.
Preference will be given to Faridabad Applicants.
