UPL Solar is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Executive for outbound cold calling to Australian residential customers. If you're confident in sales, target-driven, and enjoy closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
Previous cold calling and sales experience (mandatory)
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Solid negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player
Ability to work Sydney business hours
Immediate joining preferred

Responsibilities:
Cold call Australian customers
Promote solar and battery solutions
Generate leads and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer follow-ups and CRM records
