Job Title: Branch Service Manager

Budget: 35k-50k (based on the experience)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing branch service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving service revenue targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and breakdown support.
Lead and manage service engineers, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure timely service delivery and maintain solid customer relationships.
Track service KPIs, productivity, and revenue targets for the branch.
Coordinate with parts, sales, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain service records, reports, and compliance with company standards.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in service operations, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and customer handling ability.
