Role & responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations of children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Develop and implement individualized support plans for children with special needs or concerns.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a comprehensive educational approach.
Provide therapy sessions and counseling to help children develop coping strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and development.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
