Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR and employee lifecycle processes.
Configure enterprise structures, jobs, positions, grades, assignments, and workforce setup.
Build and maintain Rapid Formulas, Value Sets, Flexfields, and HCM configurations.
Support data loading, HCM Extracts, testing, quarterly updates, and production support activities.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Core HR configuration.
Experience with Quick Formulas, Flexfields, and Value Sets.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles, or Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, or Oracle HCM data migration.
