Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced O&M; Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP, and RO plants.
Manage daily plant operations and ensure uninterrupted performance.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with statutory standards.
Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
Optimize chemical, power, and operational costs.
Prepare O&M; reports, maintenance records, and client documentation.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues effectively.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 510 years in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant O&M.;
