ROLE: Business Development Executive (BDE) US Staffing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
Identify and acquire new US staffing clients while building long-term business relationships.
Understand client hiring requirements and present Key2Source INC.'s staffing solutions.
Conduct lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Stay updated on US staffing market trends and industry best practices.

What We Expect
2- 5 years of Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales experience in the US Staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and client acquisition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in the US Time Zone (Night Shift).
