Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, vendor management, and site supervision to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, design documents, GFC drawings, and project records are obtained, maintained, and updated in R-Dash as per company requirements.
Monitor site progress, material availability, workforce deployment, safety compliance, quality standards, and timely closure of snags throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, landlords, and internal teams for smooth execution, change management, billing, inspections, and project handover.
Manage project closure activities, including documentation, final inspections, financial closure, handover, defect liability period (DLP) support, and post-handover client coordination.
