About the role

This is not your typical finance role. You won't be doing routine compliance work for local businesses. Instead, you'll work alongside some of the fastest-growing tech startups in the country including AI companies and businesses operating across the USIndia corridor.

In the last 15 months, we've grown to serve 50+ VC-backed startups, and we're looking for sharp, ambitious candidates who want to build real finance, accounting, and strategy skills in a high-growth environment.

If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about how modern startups are built and financed, this is for you.

Day-to-day responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of startup clients
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards that founders and CFOs use to run their companies
Support investor reporting and board decks for VC-backed startups
Assist with financial consolidation across entities, including cross-border (US–India) structures
Contribute to strategic finance and business analysis — not just recording numbers, but helping companies make decisions
Collaborate with team members across a range of high-stakes client projects
Communicate clearly with founders, finance teams, and senior stakeholders
Continuously learn and grow in a quick-paced,

Other requirements
CA or CA Intermediate (Group 1 / Both Groups) cleared students
Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and own outcomes
Bonus: any exposure to contemporary finance tools or startup accounting
