Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Tender Executive to handle government and private tender activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of tender documentation, online tender submission, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities. Good communication skills in Kannada and English are required.

Key Responsibilities
Search and track current tenders on various government and private portals
Prepare and submit tender documents online/offline
Check ongoing tender amendments and corrigendum updates
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for required documents
Prepare pre-bid meeting documents and tender checklists
Upload documents and send emails to government institutions
Follow up for EMD, BG, DD, payment, and pending documents
Maintain tender tracking sheets and records in Excel
Prepare agreements, covering letters, negotiation letters, and user certificates




Verify bidder lists and pricing details
Prepare L1 price comparison data and tender reports
Coordinate for demo arrangements and document verification
Ensure timely submission of tenders and related documentation

Skills Required
Valuable communication skills in Kannada and English
Good typing speed
Solid knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Knowledge of online tender portals and documentation
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders

Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma
Experience in Tender Handling or Tender Coordination preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in medical tender handling will be an added advantage
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to coordinate with government departments and vendors professionally
