Job Title: AGM / DGM Civil Projects (Execution)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of commercial/retail construction projects.
Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Manage contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance at project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and other internal teams.
Track project progress and submit status reports to management.
Drive cost optimization and effective resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full time).
15+ years of experience in civil project execution.
Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or warehouse construction projects.
Solid knowledge of project planning, contractor management, quality control, and budgeting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
