Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Achieve submission and closure targets with quality candidate delivery

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of IT Recruitment and Technical Hiring




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
Understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Solid coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills
