Role Summary:

Results-driven Business Analyst responsible for gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs, coordinating testing and UAT, driving system adoption, and partnering with IT to deliver enhancements that improve productivity and reduce turnaround time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Interact with business stakeholders to understand process gaps and system needs.

Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.

Ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.

Testing & UAT Management

Prepare test cases and scenarios based on BRD.

Coordinate and execute System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify defects, track resolution, and ensure smooth production rollout.

Stakeholder & IT Coordination

Act as a bridge between Business and IT teams.

Align IT development with business priorities and timelines.

Ensure proper communication and expectation management.





System Adoption & Change Management

Drive business teams to effectively use the system.

Conduct knowledge sessions and provide functional support.

Monitor system usage and resolve operational challenges.

TAT & Process Improvement

Support business in improving Turnaround Time (TAT).

Identify bottlenecks and recommend automation or system enhancements.

Track impact of enhancements on productivity and efficiency.

System Enhancements & Productivity Improvement

Work with IT on system upgrades and enhancements.

Suggest improvements to make systems more robust and user-friendly.

Ensure enhancements lead to measurable productivity gains.
