Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems at project sites.
Conduct Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, IS Standards, CEA Regulations, Factory Act, and applicable statutory requirements.
Monitor high-risk activities including electrical work, lifting operations, work at height, confined space, excavation, and hot work.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency mock drills, and employee safety training.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and emergency preparedness procedures.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, project teams,



and government authorities on HSE compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power Transmission & Distribution, Electrical Infrastructure, and Utility-Scale Projects.
