Conduct capability-building initiatives for Sales field staff to enhance their performance.
Deliver on-the-job training focused on:
Edge Score
MSL (Must Stock List)
Suggested Order Adherence
Plan and conduct classroom training sessions on:
Incentive awareness and earning opportunities
Drive skill development programs for Sales Staff.
Manage training records, documentation, and MIS reports.
Handle KYC documentation for new joiners and support incentive payout processes.
Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
Monitor employee learning, capability development, and performance improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and maintain effective communication across teams.
Foster robust working relationships with field teams and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate
Experience in employee capability building, training, learning & development, or sales capability.
Age: 36 years.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
Positive analytical and planning abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
