Job Title: Project Manager Renewable Energy & Automation

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind & BESS).
Lead project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and client handover.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
Ensure smooth integration of PPC, EMS, SCADA, PLC, and control systems.
Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Project Management within Renewable Energy or Industrial Automation.
Hands-on knowledge of PPC, EMS, SCADA, PLC, System Integration, FAT, SAT & Commissioning.
Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
