Role & responsibilities
Manage the entire SCCM services and infrastructure, on-premises, cloud infrastructure & InTune
Need to have good knowledge and hands on experience in performing Current Branch Upgrades, Migration activities
Monitor and pro-actively remediate SCCM services and infrastructure.
Assessment of the workplace and come up with improvement and remediation plan.
Provide software delivery to all WPS managed devices, at the agreed SLAs and standards including packaging, testing, user acceptance and deployment of software
Maintain all managed devices secure, by patching: Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, Monthly 3rd party applications in the environment




Develop Windows 10 images and support the deployment of images for both: current installations and re-imaged devices
Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle, by maintaining the Windows 10 images up to date, with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal
Use SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services that have integrations embedded into SCCM console. E.g.: Office365, Adobe and other 3rd party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, support any new and practical integration
