Industry Preference: Diesel Generator Rental, Generator OEMs, Power Generation, Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Heavy Engineering.
Technical Expertise: Diesel Generators (DG Sets),



Diesel Engines, Alternators, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Field Service Operations, Workshop Management.
Engine Experience: Cummins and Kirloskar engines preferred.
Leadership: Experience in managing technicians, helpers, drivers, workshop, stores, and depot operations.
Skills: Fleet Management, Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Inventory Management, Cost Control, KPI Monitoring, Microsoft Excel, Operational Planning.
Location Preference: Candidates willing to work in Bangalore and travel across South India.
Communication: Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Additional Preference: Candidates from generator rental companies or OEMs with hands-on field service and depot management experience will be preferred.
