Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise a team of operations specialists to achieve business objectives.

Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry, preferably in domestic operations.
Strong knowledge of BPO processes and operations management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with team management tools and software is an advantage.
