Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube advertising (or eagerness to pick them up)
A real understanding of how social media works what makes people stop, watch, and act
Ability to read campaign data and adjust accordingly
A sense for content that fits an app s positioning and audience

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
Build campaigns that fit each app s concept and target audience
Monitor performance metrics and optimize for results not just post and report
Maintain the organic social presence of our apps: posting, engagement, and community
Create posts and creatives where needed, and coordinate with our in-house ad creative designer who ll support you on production
