Position Summary

The Professor is responsible for teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, academic administration, and contributing to the university's strategic goals. The role requires excellence in scholarship, innovation in teaching, and active participation in institutional development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses.
Develop and update curriculum in line with academic and industry standards.
Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable journals.
Supervise student projects, dissertations, and doctoral research.
Secure research grants and funding opportunities.
Mentor students and provide academic advising.
Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits.
Serve on university committees and departmental boards.
Organize seminars,



workshops, conferences, and faculty development programs.
Collaborate with industry, government, and academic institutions.
Contribute to institutional rankings and international collaborations.
Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the university.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Minimum experience as per applicable regulatory norms (e.g., UGC, AICTE, or equivalent).
Robust publication and research record.
Experience in teaching, curriculum design, and student supervision.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
