We are hiring a Career Development Advisor who can inspire, guide, and support learners in making smart career decisions. This is an ideal role for professionals who are passionate about education, learner success, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners and understand career aspirations
Provide personalized guidance on programs and career paths
Explain course structure, outcomes, placements, and industry relevance
Build strong learner trust through consultative conversations
Drive enrollments through strategic follow-ups and counselling
Manage the end-to-end learner journey from inquiry to onboarding
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Ideal Candidate
1 4 years of experience in EdTech, admissions, counselling,



or B2C sales
Robust communication skills
Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
Passion for education and learner success
Ability to simplify complex career paths for student
Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment
