Role & responsibilities

As a Telecom Field Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Installation, commissioning, and integration of Ribbon Communication IP & Optical Network equipment/routers at Telecom sites
Contacting the site technician for site access, confirmation of the RFI, and determining the availability of Installation materials.
Laying power/grounding cable to DCDB/Power plant, tapping the DCDB MCB, labelling the DCDB MCB, and Power on IP Network/Optical Network Equipment.
Patch cable, Network cable Routing, labelling, and connecting to the Network ports according to the Network Plan
Conduct site acceptance checks (AT), punch point clearances, and handover of balance materials to the customer.
Submitting installation and commissioning reports in an android application according to guidelines.
There will be 1 month of real-time training at telecommunication sites.
The job involves travelling and reaching out to site at various locations in Tamil Nadu or in Kerala
As per project requirements, the candidate should be able to work adaptable schedule.
Outstation accommodation will be provided.
Food Allowance will be provided after successful completion of one month training period.
