What You Will Do:
Contribute Manage backend PMO activities (Timesheet Management, Invoice Oversight, SubK Roster Management, Laptop/Resource Management, Expenses, EDSP other Compliance Requirements), including project documentation, governance, and compliance tracking
Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights
Perform internal data analysis and quality checks; interpret results and communicate findings to business stakeholders
Support process automation initiatives using VBA Macros, and Data Modelling Transformation using Power Pivot and Power Query
Transcribe and report collected information into client-ready formats with accuracy and timeliness
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes for reporting and automation
Work independently with low to moderate supervision while ensuring deadlines and accuracy of deliverables are consistently met

What You Will Need:
Bachelor s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or backend PMO activities




Solid quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, macros) and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of PowerBI for dashboard creation and VBA for Process Automation
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels and present explicit, data-driven recommendations
Ability to anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions proactively
Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify trends, exceptions, and prospects for process improvement

What Would Be Nice To Have:
Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) for process automation
Experience with SQL development or ETL processes
Experience with Python on process automation, data manipulation and analysis
