Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines as per SOPs.
Set up machines and adjust settings based on product requirements.
Ensure smooth production flow to meet daily targets.
Perform routine inspections to maintain product quality standards.
Identify and report defects or deviations during production.
Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with maintenance team for major breakdowns.
Maintain production logs, reports, and documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
