Reporting to: Regional Manager-Sales

Area Handling: Western U.P/ Eastern UP/ Haryana

Job Responsibilities:
Distributor Development and Management:
Ensure agreed upon number of Distributors appointed as per the sales plan Area to be Covered.
Maintain and update all Distributors universe database.
Ensure that there is no dispute with the Distributors, in case there is a dispute it should be resolved in one week.
Ensure that the Distributor gives the minimum targeted sale per month. If he fails to do so then the distributor should be changed.
Daily Review of the Distributor Sales Person- PJP, Secondary sales.

Retailer Development and Management:
Set Store targets and ensure their achievement. (As per annual plan)
Ensure that the RECENT DOOR OPENING FORM IS COMPLETED
Ensure that schemes / promotions and POP material are communicated/displayed at the counters. Retailer involvement in the company activities.





Team Management:
Targets and monthly schemes to be communicated to the team.
All positions are filled as per yearly plan
Maintain and update manpower universe database. (Companies specified by H.O)
Ensure team is trained on Products (Features, Advantages and advantages), sales call and network management.
Evaluation of team as per INCENTIVE accrued system on quarterly basis.

Requirements:
1.Prior experience of more than 8 yrs. in field sales & marketing (candidate must be from FMCG Background)
2.Sound knowledge of sales strategies in general trade.
3.Prior experience in handling a team of sales executives.
4.Candidate should be graduate.
5.Excellent verbal communication skill and presentable skillsRole & responsibilities
