Hiring: TAC2 Engineer Managed ENOC
Location: Guraon, Manesar
Experience: 3 10 Years 24x7 Rotational Shifts
We are looking for a TAC2 Engineer with solid experience in Managed Network Services .
Key Skills:
MPLS (L2VPN/L3VPN), Internet Leased Line (ILL)
BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, QoS
Cisco & Juniper Routing/Switching
Incident Management, RCA & SLA Handling
ServiceNow / ITSM Tools
CCNP (Preferred)
Requirements:
3 10 years of Network Operations/TAC experience
Robust troubleshooting and customer handling skills
Experience in Managed NOC/ENOC workplace is preferred
