Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain accurate coding systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Analyze medical records and assign appropriate codes using expertise in E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and ED coding.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to clarify coding discrepancies and ensure accurate claims processing.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices and industry regulations.
Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of medical coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC,



Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and ED coding.
Experience working with CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and FERPA.
Robust understanding of healthcare management services, including billing and claims processing.
