Role & responsibilities
-Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
-Conduct rate analysis and support tendering activities.
-Verify contractor/client RA bills and final bills.
-Monitor project costs, budgets, and material reconciliation.
-Manage vendor quotations, work orders, and contract documentation.
-Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams for project - execution.
-Prepare cost reports and ensure timely project billing.
-Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
