Bachelor or master's degree, Experience in Collection for mid market/corporate

Key Responsibilities:

Monetary Savings
Concluding the Investigation within reasonable period.
Drafting Releasing Investigation Report within TAT from the Investigation concluding date.
Coordination with law enforcement agencies industry.
Monetary recovery form fraud cases as per penalty matrix.
Mystery Shopping / Seeding.

Internal Control Process
Enhancements / Innovations / Initiatives Recent Process changes, Automation, System.




Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Identification of gaps / fraud mitigating steps.
Coordinate with Legal team for filing Police Complaints FIR.
Department Audit Regulatory Compliance (Internal Audit Score Open Items).
Vendor Management.

Process Efficiency
MIS Reporting
Incident, Cyber Fraud verification Tracker maintece bill processing.
Periodical data / dashboard preparation for Management, RMC, ORMC, ACB
Driving Awareness Campaign along with LD and Marketing Team.
Creating training awareness material on fraud aspect for internal staffs public.

People Management
Learning Development Self Training (4) staff Training / awareness campaign
Team Engagement / Management Agency Collaboration, Team Huddle Engagement, Coordination with internal Stakeholders
Visit, Training Meetings Internal External
