The Product Owner for CAI is responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog and translating business, customer, and operational needs into well-defined user stories. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver incremental value aligned with the product roadmap. The role focuses on Inventory-centric ERP workflows including order management, warehouse operations, and financial integrations.

API and data-flow awareness to support story definition and acceptance criteria

Collaboration tools for distributed teams
Aha! or similar tool for Product use

Experience:
58 years total experience
3–5 years in a Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role

Required:
Robust experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria,



and managing prioritized backlogs
Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical constraints
Robust collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product Management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Overlap 4 hours with west coast is preferred

Preferred:
Domain experience aligned to the product area
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS customers
Familiarity with outcome-driven delivery and SaaS metrics
Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
