Job Purpose:

Providing support towards reducing fraud risk in the SLI product.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct risk-based checks on Groups and Group members post disbursement, including checking existence, anomalies (member exit, same family members), 3rd party involvement, and approved Geo limits.

Verify RM, Credit FE, and SO visits during the sourcing stage.

Check for unauthorized financial transactions by bank or associated staff.

Ensure maintenance of records by groups and members (e.g., 100% attendance at BET, borrower loan limits).

Confirm loan availed by members and end use, and scrutinize KYC documents.

Gather concerns regarding misappropriation of funds, higher EMI/interest charges.





Instill confidence in group members to report wrong practices.

Support investigations of post-disbursement frauds and initiate recovery/legal procedures.

Engage with Business and Credit units to resolve specific cases.

Highlight instances of low group members' contractibility and incorrect information in loan structures (e.g., Mobile no., KYCs).

Perform MIS reporting to Location managers and Regional teams.
