We are looking for 7+ years experienced candidates for the position of Technical Manager to join our team in our Mohali office.

Requirements-
Any bachelors/masters degree is preferred.
Candidate must have minimum 7+ years of experience in software development and

management.
Robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment pipelines).
Solid experience in code review, solutioning, and system design.
Knowledge of security compliance, coding standards, and best practices.
Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead solutioning and technical design based on business requirements.




Conduct and oversee code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and organizational policies.
Manage end-to-end deliverables with a focus on timelines and quality.
Drive release management, including planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams for smooth execution.
Monitor application performance, reliability, and security.
Implement best practices for code optimization, maintainability, and documentation.
Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Handle production issues, incident management, and continuous improvement
