KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Development
Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts aligned with client requirements, project goals, and brand standards.
Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material palettes.
Produce schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, joinery details, and finish schedules.
Create 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent effectively.

Project Coordination
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination meetings.
Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed GFC (Valuable for Construction)



drawings and specifications.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design compliance.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
Proficiency in:
o AutoCAD
o SketchUp
o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
o 3D visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
o Revit (preferred)
o MS Office Suite
• Robust understanding of:
o Space planning and ergonomics
o Material selection and specifications
o Furniture and joinery detailing
o Lighting and ceiling design
o Interior construction processes
