Commercial Manager : Polymer Division

Department: Commercial/ Compliance

Reporting to Business Head / Director

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Manage key customer accounts and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Identify recent business prospects in polymer, plastics, automotive, packaging, electrical, and industrial markets.
Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
Drive product portfolio growth and improve market share.
Ensure timely collections, credit control, and profitability of accounts.
Lead and mentor the commercial/sales team while tracking KPIs.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree /Post Graduate
8 to 15 years of experience in polymers, specialty chemicals, or plastics, with commercial or Compliance leadership experience.
