Role & responsibilities
L2 support engineer, having basic knowledge of Windows, Linux servers & Network Equipment such as Firewall, Switch etc.
Should have basic knowledge of maintenance of IT infrastructure, more related to Server Side.
Will be responsible for taking checklists.
Patching of windows servers
Managing tape backup.
Should be able to interact with OEMs for implementations and troubleshooting.
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Solid communication skills, Robust interpersonal skills, Willingness to work out of hours to support the system in case of an emergency.
Certifications related to Server /OS will be an added advantage.
Those who are already available in Bangalore preferred

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor Degree, with IT Infra Related Certifications prefer-ability Server /OS related
Experience as Data center Infra Support engineer in similar organizations
Valuable Knowledge about Server -Storage Architecture, Rack mounting, Cabling
Short notice or immediate joiners
